The founder, Executive Director and primary Academic Therapist at All Can Read LLC is Faune M. Watkins. She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree. Ms. Watkins is a certified Phono-Graphix ® reading therapist. She also has completed the following Lindamood-Bell ® workshops at the Lindamood-Bell ® corporate headquarters and learning center, in San Luis Obispo, California * :

Ms. Watkins has attended the Wilson Reading System ® Overview Workshop for training in teaching a multi-sensory structured language education using the Wilson Reading System ® (an Orton-Gillingham based program), and the Wilson Fundations ® Workshop that is a research based program that includes the essential components of reading including phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary development, reading fluency, and comprehension strategies. She is Wilson Level I certified having completed the Wilson Reading System ® Intensive Intervention Model: Level I Certification training program. She has also completed the Wilson Advanced Strategies for MSL Instruction Course and is pursuing the Wilson Level II Certification.

She has attended The Read Naturally ™ and Rave-O ™ seminars for training in improving reading fluencey . She has also completed a Touch Math ™ workshop that teaches multi-sensory basic math instructional techniques, and studied the Math U See system of hands on manipulative blocks that enable the student to see math so that they understand the concepts as they learn the rules.

Ms. Watkins has completed the tutor training program of the Lab School of Washington® .** The training involved a 700 hour practicum of classroom work with learning disabled children under the supervision of a master teacher of special education and a three hour a week graduate level seminar on techniques for teaching reading and basic math to learning disabled children. Ms. Watkins has taught in the day school summer program and the evening adult program of the Lab School of Washington®.

Ms. Watkins has completed the Key Three Routine: Comprehension Strategies ; and the Key Vocabulary Routine seminars in Wakefield, MA. She attended the CHADD annual meeting in Arlington, VA in 2007. She has also attended meetings of the Wilson Academy/Intensive in Oxford, MA in the summers of 2008 and 2009. Ms. Watkins attended the annual meeting of The Academy of Orton-Gillinghan Practitioners and Educators in Las Vegas, Nevada in May 2009. Ms. Watkins attended the annual meeting of the Learning Disabilities Association of America in Baltimore, MD in February 2010-2011.
